I would like to set up a job with you for my following project. My budget is low from $20.00 to $50.00 USD. I need this done in 1 week. What my project actually is, is a news system. I need a admin panel backend to: add, edit, delete news. I want to be able to see a list of all the news when I first visit the admin panel. I want a basic login to the admin panel with just a password field. I want to use sessions to keep me logged in for security reasons. I want it to be integrated into my design so it shows the latest news article. It should allow HTML. I want to list old articles on the right, like a navigation to be able to view old news messages.
