Cleanscript.com Terms of Service - Last Updated 3-20-2008

This TOS has different points looking like so: "00001" and so on. I may refer to a "point" so note thats how a point looks and what I am talking about.

First off when requesting a quote from cleanscript.com you must provide the following information:

• Your budget
• 00001::This is a must, It would make things much smoother and give me an idea of how much quality work I can give based on your project.
• Timeframe
• 00002::I need to know when you need this done. "ASAP" is now unacceptable.
• 00003::It must be noted in days, weeks, months, etc..., e.g.:: "I need this done in 10 days" or "I need this done in 1 week 3 days"
• Detailed Description
• 00004::In order to get work done by me you must provide great details.
• 00005::Include EVERY little bit of information that you can possible think of, because new information you add will be provided with $1 fees.
• 00006::What are your expectations for a "Good" description of a job. Please visit: Good Description Examples.
• I'm sorry, but I forgot to mention one thing!
• 00007::No problem, you get 24 hours for you to fix, change or update any prior information that you need to do so.
• 00008::After that 24 hours, please read point "00005" for the fee that you will be charged with.

In order to get a job done, I need you to be as patient as possible. The more you bug me, the less work is being done because your stopping me from doing what I have to do. So if your a person who constantly asks questions you will wondering why your project is slightly late, Thats because I'm taking time off your project to answer your questions. Please use the contact form for any questions. MSN is not the place for that.

• When do I get update information?
• 00011::You should get a 24 hour update on your project daily at where I'm at in the project.
• 00012::You should get at least one or more a day, and if you don't you should get one that morning the next day.
• Didn't recieve one
• 00013::Please check point 00009 or 00010 and I will happily send you a update of your project.
• 00014::But you said in point 00011, that you get a 24 hour update on your project? Yes I did, but no ones perfect.

• I want my money back
• 00015::If you received your code from me, regardless if its HTML/XHTML template, or a PHP template, you will get from 1/2 or 3/4's the money that you sent me. Why? This helps prevent fraud. My fraud protection, where someone wants code and then get there money back for something they already received. Then they get the code and there money back.
• 00016::You said 3/4's of my payment to 1/2 of my payment I will only get back? Yes, it depends on how big the project ways, and how much code you received from me.
• 00017::If you ever decided to pay upfront your total amount for your project, and you want a refund, you will get a 100% refund of your money.

• What payments do you take?
• 00018::At the moment currently we are only taking paypal.
• How do I pay?
• 00019::Two Types of styles of how we handle our payment methods
• Type1::You pay half upfront, and when you see your script active working you pay the rest once finished
• Type2::You pay all once finished, when you see your script completely finished, you will pay for your code, (this is normally for PHP projects only, HTML Projects such as coding templates refer to Type1.)

• English please
• Make sure you use good English, not understanding the things you say will result to bad results in your projects, which could be a problem in the end result.
• Please keep it at a minimum of slang, we are not here to just chat we are here to do a job.

• This TOS can update any time at any date.

Any information changed on this TOS is up to you to make sure that you read and stay to date with our terms. Disobeying our TOS will result to no refunds and coding to be stopped at any time we choose. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, if you mind sending a email to me about fixing anything would be great!
